CI Investment Services (CIIS) is updating its procedures related to how custodial documents are delivered to clients.
If you hold ModernAdvisor investment accounts with CIIS as the custodian, you will receive an email starting February 24th informing you that you will be granted access to a new secure online portal operated by FutureVault. Going forward, and in accordance with regulatory requirements, CIIS will deliver your trade confirmations and account statements directly to you through this platform. Tax documents will not be available for the 2025 tax year; however, there may be further discussions around integration for the 2026 tax year.
This will complement, not replace, the reporting that ModernAdvisor provides to you.
